Job Summary
Drive and operate a service vehicle for AAA members and commercial calls, perform basic diagnostics and troubleshooting, deliver outstanding customer service on scene, use on-board computer and mapping systems, and complete daily paperwork. Leverage sales skills to offer AAA products during service interactions, with responsibilities including tire changes, lock-out and fuel delivery tasks, and lifting up to 50 pounds; schedule includes weekends and holidays. Requires a valid driver’s license and at least 2 years of customer-facing experience; vocational automotive training or ASE certification is preferred. Serves customers across multiple states in the Mountain West region with strong emphasis on safety, problem solving, and relationship building.
Required Qualifications
