Be first on site after fires, floods, and other emergencies; perform emergency board-up and tarp-over services; communicate with home and business owners in crisis; assist in property cleanup, debris removal, and content pack-outs; work with tools, ladders, and smart devices; drive to multiple job sites up to 75 miles/day; be part of a 24/7 on-call rotation.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year of construction/restoration experience (water, fire, or mold)
- carpentry or framing experience a plus
- Basic hand tool knowledge
- Smartphone/tablet proficiency
- Clean driving record & valid license
- High school diploma or GED
