Job Summary
Be first on site after fires, floods, and other emergencies; perform emergency board-up and tarp-over services; communicate with home and business owners in crisis; assist in property cleanup, debris removal, and content pack-outs; work with tools, ladders, and smart devices; drive to multiple job sites — up to 75 miles/day; be part of a 24/7 on-call rotation. The role requires hands-on restoration work and clear communication with clients, using basic hand tools and smart devices, with a valid license and clean driving record.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year of construction/restoration experience (water, fire, or mold) carpentry or framing experience a plus
- Customer-first attitude & strong communication skills
- Basic hand tool knowledge
- Smartphone/tablet proficiency
- Clean driving record & valid license
- High school diploma or GED
