Emergency Response Team Supervisor

Supervise and coordinate the Emergency Response Team to manage accidents, incidents, and urgent situations while ensuring all response protocols are followed accurately. Provide guidance to ERT members during incident handling, assess severity to determine necessary actions, and escalate cases to higher management or relevant departments like Operations and Legal when required. Serve as the main point of contact between the team, passengers, bikers, and external authorities such as police and hospitals, maintaining records of all incidents including reports, photos, and communication logs. Train and mentor ERT members on safety procedures and monitor team performance to improve service quality. Handle escalations from all parties to ensure timely resolution and minimize operational, financial, and reputational risk. Work onsite in Manila, remotely, or a mix of both, with flexibility for shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays as emergencies arise.
