Job Summary
Lead emergency response teams during confined space entry and high-angle works while developing and implementing site-specific Emergency Response Plans. Coordinate and supervise rescue operations in compliance with NFPA 1006 & 1670 and OSHA 1910.146, conducting drills to ensure readiness during turnaround and shutdown operations. Mentor and train team members in rescue techniques and emergency procedures while liaising with HSE and operations teams to ensure safe work practices. Requires NFPA 1006 & 1670 certification, IRATA Level 2 or 3 certification, and minimum five years of Oil & Gas emergency response experience.
Required Qualifications
- Certification demonstrating competency in Confined Space Rescue (NFPA 1006 & 1670, OSHA 1910.146)
- Standard First Aid/CPR with AED certification
- IRATA Level 2 or Level 3 certification
- Minimum 5 years of industry-specific Oil & Gas experience (onshore/offshore) as an Emergency Response Technician
- Demonstrated experience leading emergency response operations
- Proven experience in developing Emergency Response Plans and conducting rescues in vessels and industrial facilities
