Job Summary
Lead and maintain business continuity frameworks aligned to organisational policy and recognised standards; design and deliver testing and exercise programmes to validate resilience plans; build strong relationships with resilience partners including emergency services and government bodies; embed best practice in emergency planning and response across the National Control Center (NCC); identify training needs and support capability development for colleagues involved in incident response; work across teams to ensure readiness to manage incidents, maintain operations and recover quickly, providing exposure to both strategic planning and real-time operational readiness in a critical infrastructure environment.
Required Qualifications
- Degree or equivalent experience is required
- Security Clearance required or ability to obtain Security Check (SC)
- Experience in business continuity, resilience or emergency planning within a complex or critical environment
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience developing and maintaining continuity plans and documentation
- Understanding of resilience frameworks and best practices
