Job Summary

Receive incoming 911 calls for emergency accounts, determine locations, and initiate transfers to appropriate agencies in Canada, the US, and US Territories. Answer 911 calls as a secondary PSAP for fire services, gather vital details, and dispatch fire personnel while coordinating with other emergency agencies. Operate computerized communication consoles to assess and relay information from the public to agency personnel using standard call handling procedures. Maintain composure during high-stress situations, guide public interactions with clarity, and participate in coaching and quality reviews to ensure performance standards. Protect sensitive information with discretion and assist colleagues by sharing knowledge to support team training. This role requires fluency in English and French or Spanish, a clean criminal record check, and the ability to work 24/7 shifts including weekends and holidays. Candidates must demonstrate strong listening skills, adaptability in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency with communication software.

Required Qualifications
