Job Summary
Emergency Response & Restoration Technician needed to assist homeowners with disaster recovery at Paul Davis Restoration of Metro NY/NJ. Candidates should possess strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to work in challenging environments. High school diploma required. Preferred candidates should have relevant experience and IICRC certifications.
Required Qualifications
- High character with a track record of reliability and teamwork
- Strong work ethic and flexibility to work irregular hours when needed (including weekends)
- Comfort working in challenging or hazardous environments with proper safety protocols
- Attention to detail and pride in your work
- Good communication skills, professionalism, and empathy with customers
- Ability to legally work in the U.S.
Desired Qualifications
- IICRC certifications (Water, Fire, Mold) are a big plus
- Technically comfortable with smartphones, tablets, and job-related software
- Willingness to train others or grow into leadership roles
