Emergency Response Plan and Safety Management System Coordinator

Job Summary
Coordinate the development, maintenance, and regular update of emergency response procedures and Emergency Response Manual; support readiness of the Emergency Response Centre including equipment and documentation; work with internal teams and external organisations to ensure ERP plans are aligned and effective; coordinate ERP training activities including exercises and drills with complete training records; manage daily administration of safety reporting processes within the Safety Management System; review, classify, and assign safety reports to risk owners, follow up on corrective actions and deadlines; support administration of safety-related systems and preparation/distribution of safety publications and reports; assist safety investigations by reviewing information and data collection; ensure SMS activities align with regulatory and company procedures; support Head of Safety with SMS coordination and administrative tasks.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in aviation administrative roles.
- Proficiency in English.
- Strong IT skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Analytical thinking and high attention to detail.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to follow up on deadlines.
