Job Summary
Emergency Response Paramedic responsible for on-scene medical care, leading the Paramedic team as needed, and driving the ambulance on 911 responses. Provides advanced patient care using defibrillator, EKG monitor, oxygen, suction devices, and intravenous fluids; collaborates with allied health and public safety personnel; participates in community programs to maintain AMR image and community relations.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- State Paramedic License
- State Driver’s License
- BLS, ACLS, NREMT-Paramedic
- Driving record compliant with company policy
- Pass Physical Agility Test
- Some work experience, preferably healthcare
