Job Summary
Emergency Response Paramedic responsible for assessing calls, applying progressive paramedic protocols, and delivering advanced patient care using equipment such as defibrillator, EKG monitor, oxygen and suction devices, and intravenous fluids. Act as Paramedic team leader and manage scene and unit when needed; drive the ambulance on 911 responses; collaborate with allied health and public safety personnel to ensure compassionate, high-quality care.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Oregon State Paramedic License
- State Driver’s License
- BLS
- ACLS
- PALS
- PHTLS
- ICS 100
- ICS 200
- ICS 700
- ICS 800
- Driving record in compliance with company policy
- Pass Physical Agility Test
- Some work experience, preferably in healthcare
