Job Summary
Assess call situations to determine the best course of action while working with progressive protocols. Utilize Paramedic skills on medical equipment including defibrillators, EKG monitors, oxygen devices, and intravenous fluids to provide advanced care. Communicate with patients and loved ones to provide information and assurance. Act as team leader to manage the scene and unit. Drive the ambulance on 911 responses and collaborate professionally with allied health and public safety personnel. Participate in community programs to maintain the AMR image and establish strong community relations. Requires WA State Paramedic License, NREMT-P, ACLS, PALS, and a clean driving record. Full-time or part-time roles available with a pay range of $80,327.94 to $99,204.62 per year.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- WA State Paramedic License or NREMT-P
- State Driver's License
- ACLS
- PALS
- Driving record in compliance with company policy
- Pass Physical Agility Test
- Some work experience, preferably in healthcare
