Emergency Response Paramedic

Assess call situations to determine the best course of action while working with progressive Paramedic protocols. Utilize advanced medical skills on equipment including defibrillators, EKG monitors, oxygen devices, and intravenous fluids to provide patient care. Act as team leader to manage the scene and unit, driving ambulances for 911 responses while communicating with patients and families. Collaborate professionally with allied health and public safety personnel. Participate in community programs to maintain the AMR image and establish strong community relations. Requires Kansas and Missouri Paramedic certifications, BLS and ACLS, and physical agility test completion. Full-time position with shifts in Kansas City, KS, and surrounding Missouri counties.
