Emergency Response Dispatcher

Emergency Response Dispatcher role supporting a 24/7 call center for medical, facility, security, or weather-related emergencies. Duties include emergency and non-emergency call taking, intrusion and duress alarm monitoring, and viewing security video footage from multiple locations. Dispatch responsibilities, ensure accurate notifications, conduct overhead page announcements, and route calls to appropriate personnel. Must handle high-stress situations professionally, maintain calm communication, multitask across high-volume calls, and adhere to established dispatch protocols. Part-time schedule (24 hours/week) with overnight shifts; location at McKay-Dee Hospital in Ogden, UT. Strong emphasis on customer service and rapid decision-making in emergency scenarios. Skills in written and oral communication, teamwork, and ability to respond to after-hours calls and on-call shifts.
