Job Summary
Respond to residential fire losses and assist homeowners through initial restoration stages while coordinating emergency mitigation services with internal operations. Maintain clear communication from first contact through project handoff, ensuring a professional and compassionate customer experience. Build relationships with fire departments, insurance professionals, and referral partners to generate residential fire restoration opportunities and expand the network throughout the Houston market. Support business development efforts within the multifamily sector and help establish operational procedures and documentation standards. Work alongside industry leadership to launch and grow the emergency response division.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in restoration, emergency services, insurance restoration, or business development
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working in the field and responding to emergency situations
- Professional, compassionate, and customer-focused demeanor
- Ability to build long-term relationships with homeowners and referral partners
- Self-motivated with excellent organizational skills
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
