Job Summary
As an Emergency Recovery Coordinator (ERC) with Paul Davis, you directly consult with property owners impacted by fire, water damage, or other large-scale emergencies to stabilize and secure structures, educate customers on products and services, and guide them through recovery while building trust and long-term relationships. You will monitor leads, articulate the need for mitigation and recovery services, participate in community awareness events, and collaborate with owners, adjusters, project managers, first responders, and community leaders. The role requires the ability to communicate clearly in one-on-one and group settings, manage time in a fast-paced environment, and work across an assigned territory with a flexible schedule. Candidates should be self-motivated, organized, and capable of thriving under high-stress conditions, with a valid driver’s license and willingness to engage in ongoing training and development. The position offers base salary with commission potential and a roadmap for leadership development, including structured training, mentorship, and access to company resources.”,
