Emergency Recovery Coordinator (ERC)

Emergency Recovery Coordinator (ERC) sought to directly consult with property owners after traumatic events (fire, water damage, and other emergencies) to stabilize structures and secure client care. You will build foundational relationships with owners, adjusters, project managers, first responders, and community leaders; educate customers on products/services, articulate needs, and sign mitigation work to restore order. The role involves proactive opportunity discovery, community outreach, and representing Paul Davis in a fast-paced restoration environment, with autonomy after training to manage your schedule and pursue ongoing learning. Must be capable of effective one-on-one and group communication, thrive under pressure, and be willing to travel within the assigned territory. The team emphasizes leadership development, mentorship, and a strong customer-service ethos; a company vehicle is provided and there is a base plus commission compensation structure with a wide earning potential dependent on production.
