Job Summary
Emergency Recovery Coordinator (ERC) in Denver, CO to support homeowners after fire, water or other emergencies. Responsibilities include responding to leads, educating customers on services, guiding recovery, building relationships within the community, promoting services, staying familiar with service areas, meeting sales goals, maintaining certifications, and being available for on-call shifts (nights, weekends, holidays). Requires strong customer service, sales, and problem-solving abilities, plus a calm, compassionate, professional approach. 2+ years in marketing or sales; 4-6 years in franchise/restoration/construction-fire services/EMS/insurance preferred; ability to pass background checks. Required Qualifications
- 2+ years relevant marketing or sales experience
- 4-6 years' experience in franchise, restoration, construction/home improvement, fire services, EMS and/or insurance industry experience ideal
