Job Summary
Coordinate emergency recovery services for property owners impacted by fire, water damage, or large-scale trauma events. Generate revenue by directly consulting with customers, establishing trusting relationships, and signing mitigation work to stabilize structures. Proactively search for opportunities, respond to lead sources, and provide emergency recovery kits while maintaining positive community connections through awareness events. Monitor and interpret lead data, educate clients on products, and ensure rapid, controlled decision-making during high-stress situations. Requires on-call availability 24/7 including weekends and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to clearly deliver truth and give certainty when property owners need it most
- Proficient with a variety of current technology
- Sound planning and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Valid Driver's license and satisfactory driving record required
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous leadership experience in restoration, construction, or a related industry is helpful
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- 5+ years of experience in a professional emergency environment (Restoration ERC, Military, Fire service, EMS, Police, or similar)
- Must be able to stand or walk
- Occasionally bending, squatting, climbing stairs, and lifting up to 50 pounds
