Job Summary
Coordinate emergency recovery services for property owners impacted by fire, water damage, or trauma, directly consulting clients to transition them from chaos to calm. Establish trusting relationships with owners, adjusters, and community leaders while generating revenue through direct consultation and proactively seeking business opportunities. Monitor and respond to lead sources, educate clients on restoration products, and sign mitigation work to stabilize structures. Maintain a positive presence in the local community through awareness events and volunteer non-operational time. Operate on a 24/7 on-call rotation including weekends and holidays, utilizing a company vehicle and gas reimbursement. Requires 5+ years of experience in a professional emergency environment and valid driver's license.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to clearly deliver truth and give certainty when property owners need it most
- Proficient with a variety of current technology
- Sound planning and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Valid Driver's license and satisfactory driving record required
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous leadership experience in restoration, construction, or a related industry is helpful
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- 5+ years of experience in a professional emergency environment (Restoration ERC, Military, Fire service, EMS, Police, or similar)
- On-call 24/7 to include weekends and holidays as scheduled
- Able to stand or walk
- Occasionally bending, squatting, climbing stairs, and lifting up to 50 pounds
