Job Summary
Develop and maintain continuity of operations plans and emergency management procedures to ensure the organization responds effectively to disruptive incidents. Collaborate with departments, contractors, and leadership to assess risks, conduct training and exercises, and ensure compliance with Joint Commission regulations and best practices. Promote teamwork across the healthcare team while performing duties consistent with St. Luke's mission and values. Requires a Bachelor's degree in emergency management or a related field and a minimum of three years of experience in emergency management or business continuity planning.
