Job Summary
Emergency & Nursing Veterinary Clinical Manager responsible for leading a healthcare team, coordinating schedules, improving processes, collaborating with departments, onboarding and developing staff, providing performance feedback and development plans, and negotiating with HR for conflict resolution. The role splits time between clinical and administrative duties (approximately 50% admin) and focuses on delivering a best-in-class MedVet experience to patients, clients, and referral partners, while fostering a culture of collaboration, growth, and inclusivity. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, plus proficiency with Microsoft Office, are required.
