Job Summary
Provide comprehensive emergency medical care in a high-volume emergency department on 12-hour day and night shifts with APP and nursing support. Evaluate and treat diverse emergency presentations, coordinate care with nursing staff and support personnel, and maintain accurate electronic medical records using Meditech Expanse EMR. No call requirements. Must be board-certified in emergency medicine (ABEM) and possess prescriptive authority. Handle approximately 3 patients per hour across all ages in an on-site ED setting with procedures and patient evaluation responsibilities.
