Job Summary
Emergency Medicine Physician needed for a 1-year locum assignment in the Northeast Texas area. Coverage is built around MD/DO and NP/PA staffing with EPIC EMR. Shifts span multiple time blocks (e.g., 7a-4p, 1p-9p, 9p-7a; various Sunday and weekday rotations) to support an annual volume of about 24,000 patients (~65/day) with ~18.3% EMS and ~10% admitted. No scribe coverage. Privileging/credentialing timelines are 60–90+ days with eligibility for expedited processes; $1,000 referral bonus for referrals who work 160 hours. Housing, travel, and tail malpractice coverage provided alongside competitive hourly pay. Active Texas license and ABEM board certification (or eligibility) required. Location is Fort Worth, TX, with on-site in-person duties and no remote work implied.
