Job Summary
Locum Emergency Medicine Physicians needed to start ASAP in the North California area for ongoing coverage. Must hold an active California medical license. Shifts include 6a-2p, 8a-4p, and 1p-11p with no on-call requirements. Practice is inpatient with Epic EMR. Facility provides 24-hour support services (Anesthesia, Cardio-Thoracic Surgery, Cath Lab, General Surgery, Lab, Neuro-Surgery, OR Response, Orthopedic Surgery, Radiology, Vascular Surgery) and a Level 3 Trauma designation. L&D is present. Credentialing is 90 days. Additional benefits include housing, car rental and gas, parking, tolls, mileage for driving own car, baggage fees, and tail malpractice coverage. Referral bonus of $2,000 for referrals working 160 hours.
Required Qualifications
- Active CA medical license
- ACLS
- BLS
- Inpatient setting experience
- EMR: Epic
- Level 3 Trauma
- Credentialing: 90 days
- L&D department presence
