Job Summary
Emergency Medicine Physician officer role in the U.S. Army Reserve Medical Corps. Serve as an emergency physician within the community and during deployments, caring for Soldiers and their families. Requires MD/DO, US license, board eligibility, at least one year of GME internship, EM residency training, and permanent US residency.
Required Qualifications
- Doctor of medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) from an accredited US school or equivalent
- Current license to practice medicine in the United States (DC or PR acceptable)
- Eligibility for board certification
- Completion of at least one year of an approved GME internship
- Completion of a training program in emergency medicine
- Permanent U.S. residency
- Age between 21 and 42
- Permanent certificate if foreign graduates (ECFMG)
