Job Summary
Emergency Medicine Physician Assistant sought to staff emergency departments across MEMA's Charlotte-region hospitals. MEMA staffs five hospitals for Novant Health and is expanding with a new hospital and additional shifts. Experienced PAs preferred; new graduates may consider the Post-Graduate Certificate Program pathway. Required Qualifications
- Experiences in Emergency Medicine or Urgent Care preferred for Physician Assistant role
- Licensed or certified Physician Assistant (PA) eligible to practice in North Carolina
- DEA registration and medical malpractice insurance
- Board licensure and ongoing CME expense account access
- PTO and productivity-based incentive structure
- 401(k) retirement plan with match and profit-sharing
