Job Summary
Emergency Medicine Physician Assistant position with MEMA (Mid-Atlantic Emergency Medical Associates, PLLC) in the Charlotte region of North Carolina. Join MEMA’s ED staffing across multiple hospitals in partnership with Novant Health; roles involve shifts in a fast-growing, independent EM practice with night and holiday incentives, comprehensive benefits, and a collaborative, equitable scheduling culture. Experienced EM PAs are preferred; capability to contribute to urgent care is also welcome. The practice supports career pathways and ongoing CME, licensure, and malpractice coverage, with a pathway for new graduates through a dedicated Post-Graduate Certificate Program.
Required Qualifications
- Emergency Medicine experience
- Physician Assistant license or eligibility
- Board certification in Emergency Medicine preferred for experienced PAs
- DEA registration
- Current medical licensure in NC (or eligibility)
