Job Summary
Emergency Medicine - Physician Assistant needed to join MEMA's ED staffing across the Charlotte region. MEMA staffs emergency departments for Novant Health with multiple hospitals and vacancies for new hospital shifts. Experienced EM PAs are preferred, with consideration for Urgent Care experience. The role offers a pathway for new graduates through MEMA’s Post-Graduate Certificate Program, a private, independently managed EM practice with equity in scheduling, competitive compensation with night/holiday incentives, and a comprehensive benefits package. Required Qualifications
- Emergency Medicine experience preferred; Urgent Care experience considered
- Physician Assistant certification (PA-C) and current licensure
- Board certification or eligibility in Emergency Medicine (if applicable)
- Ability to work in hospital Emergency Departments across MEMA sites
- New graduate pathway available via Post-Graduate Certificate Program
