Job Summary
Recruiting Emergency Medicine Physician Assistants to join MEMA, an independent EM practice staffing five hospital EDs in the Charlotte region. Experienced EM PAs are preferred; now welcoming PAs with Urgent Care experience as well. The role supports a long-term EM career path within a privately owned, collegial practice in partnership with Novant Health, with equitable scheduling, competitive compensation including night/holiday incentives, and a comprehensive benefits package. Required Qualifications
- Licensed Physician Assistant (PA) in North Carolina
- Emergency Medicine experience preferred (or Urgent Care experience)
- NCCPA board certification preferred (or equivalent)
- Ability to work in a multi-hospital emergency medicine setting
