Emergency Medicine Physician position at AMN Healthcare in Damascus, AR (US). 1099 base rate plus hourly incentive and quarterly bonus pool. Start ASAP. Typical schedule includes at least 12 required shifts per month (12-hour shifts). ER + urgent care in the same facility with APRNs triaging urgent care patients. Site commonly has 4–5 physicians, 24-hour shifts with an expected 40–50 patients per day.
