Job Summary
Conduct emergency medicine services in a Level II Trauma Center setting, managing 1.4 patients per hour across all ages with no midlevel providers. Perform advanced procedures including intubation, chest tubes, central lines, procedural sedation, OB/GYN deliveries, and adult/pediatric resuscitation. Maintain proficiency in at least 250 emergency medicine cases within the past 12 months and hold ABEM certification. Select from three employment models: Full-Time 1099 Contractor at $305/hr with 9-hour shifts, Travel/PRN 1099 Contractor at $305/hr with 10–12 hour shifts, or FTE Employed at $275/hr with 9-hour shifts. All positions offer flexible scheduling; FTE roles include employer-paid health insurance, a 401(k) Safe Harbor Plan, and a CME stipend. Convert to permanent community-based employment as applicable. Required Qualifications
- Board Certified by the American Board of Emergency Medicine (ABEM)
- Active ND medical license (or eligibility to obtain)
- Must have completed at least 250 emergency medicine cases in the past 12 months
- Prior experience in a Level II Trauma Center or academic medical center required
- Must be proficient in advanced emergency procedures, including: Intubation, Chest tubes, Central lines, Procedural sedation, OB/GYN + deliveries, Adult and pediatric resuscitation
