Emergency Medicine Physician #2

Conduct emergency medicine care in freestanding ER locations across Phoenix, AZ, managing 18–24 patients daily with on-site imaging support. Deliver 12-hour shifts (7AM–7PM or 7PM–7AM) in a mix of day and night rotations, with flexibility for 24-hour shifts. Maintain a minimum of 12 shifts monthly (144 hours) as a 1099 independent contractor earning base rates of $2,300–$2,500 per shift, plus observation patient bonuses.
