Emergency Medicine Nurse Practitioner

Provide timely, high-quality emergency medical care to patients of all ages in a five-bed hospital Emergency Department. Evaluate, diagnose, and manage acute illness and injuries, stabilize patients, and coordinate transfers where higher levels of care are required. Perform emergency procedures as clinically indicated and maintain accurate, timely medical documentation within a busy, well-respected Emergency Department supported by a strong referral base. This employed PRN position features a back-up rotation call structure and is part of Ascension, a national nonprofit Catholic health system.
