Conduct emergency medicine consultations for a regional catchment of 250,000, managing a diverse case mix including intubation, chest tubes, procedural sedations, and joint relocations. Support trainees through a relaxed, information-packed four-hour weekly teaching program while collaborating closely with intensive care and anaesthetics for critical presentations. Work within a team-based culture at a cross-border public health service undergoing significant growth, with plans for new Emergency and Mental Health facilities.
