Emergency Medicine Clinical Nurse- Nights

Provides direct patient care in the Emergency Department, performing assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation within nursing standards. Delivers patient- and family-centered care, educates patients and families on illness management and post-treatment home care, and administers medications. Participates in patient safety, quality and regulatory compliance activities, and collaborates with an interprofessional team to develop and document individualized plans of care. Utilizes critical nursing skills to assess physical, psychosocial, emotional needs and ensures communication of the plan of care across the continuum. This is a safety-sensitive nursing role.
