Emergency Medicine APP (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) in a rural North Dakota community hospital, providing emergency care to patients of all ages, including triage, consults, rounds, admissions, and management of complex conditions. Partners with physicians, nurses, and the care team to ensure safe, high-quality outcomes; participates in quality improvement initiatives and ongoing education. Expect 10 shifts per month (each 24-hour onsite with 10–12 hours of direct patient care), with PSLF-eligible employment and generous benefits including paid relocation up to $7,500 and a base salary of $156,000 plus incentives. Required Qualifications
- PA or APRN
- Emergency Medicine experience or training
- ability to manage patients of all ages from pediatrics to geriatrics
- inpatient care management and procedures within scope of practice
- collaboration with physicians and care team

- ability to work 10 shifts per month with 24-hour shifts onsite
