Job Summary
Provide direct patient care including assessment, evaluation, and basic life support as an Emergency Medical Technician with Mercy EMS in Camdenton. May perform clerical, dispatch, and maintenance duties as required. Requires EMT licensure for the state of employment and a valid driver’s license. Must be able to meet physical demands, respond quickly in varied environments, and work with a partner. Certifications/registrations include Hazmat Awareness, BLS for Healthcare Providers, and NIMS 100, 200, 700, and 800 within 90 days of hire. May work differing shifts. Equipment used includes EMS communications equipment, monitor/defibrillator, stretcher, stair chair, backboard, and other clinical/office devices. Preferred Education: High School Diploma or GED; ITLS or equivalent training. Mercy offers comprehensive benefits for team members working 32+ hours. Required Qualifications
