Job Summary
Administer first aid treatment at client sites, arrange transport of sick or injured persons to medical facilities, and actively monitor premises for irregularities while inspecting emergency equipment. Preserve order by enforcing regulations and directives regarding personnel, visitors, and the area, while frequently providing customer service and information to employees and clients. Maintain professional composure when dealing with unusual circumstances and write routine correspondence including logs and reports. Work Monday through Friday on second and third shifts.
Required Qualifications
- EMT-Basic (EMT-1) level certification registered in Indiana
- Security Officer licensing
- Knowledge of or ability to learn security operations and procedures
- Ability to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagrammatic form
- Ability to be an effective team member
- Ability to maintain professional composure when dealing with unusual circumstances
- Courteous telephone manner
- Ability to adapt to changes in the external environment and organization
- Ability to write routine correspondence, including logs and reports
- Good organizational skills
- Ability to provide high quality customer service
- Good interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively at various social levels and across diverse cultures
