Job Summary
Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) on a full-time or part-time EMS team in Salem, IN. Responsibilities include responding to 911 calls, assessing, treating, and stabilizing patients per EMT protocols and state EMS guidelines, safely operating ambulances, documenting all patient care activities in electronic systems, maintaining equipment and supplies, and communicating with dispatch, hospital staff, and patients. Requires current EMT certification, a valid driver’s license with a clean record, CPR certification, and the ability to lift up to 100 lbs. Preferred qualifications include EVOC/CEVO certification and related EMS experience. Required Qualifications
