Job Summary

Monitor donor eligibility and safety by performing health screenings and physical exams, while responding to donor reactions and providing care as needed. Manage health logs and test results with clinical oversight, and keep exam rooms clean, stocked, and compliant. Work collaboratively with all center staff to create a positive environment. Beyond core duties, you are fully cross-trained in phlebotomy, processing bottles, and station installation. This role requires a certified/licensed EMT (Advanced or Basic) with at least 18 years of age and current BLS or CPR certification. Candidates must be able to lift 50 pounds and work weekends as needed. Required Qualifications

  • At least 18 years old
  • High school diploma, GED equivalent, or higher education
  • Certified/licensed EMT (Advanced or Basic) in the state of employment
  • For EMT-Bs, 1+ year of work experience
  • Current BLS or CPR certification
  • Able to lift 50 pounds and stand or sit for extended periods
  • Ability to work weekends, regularly or as needed
