Emergency Medical Technician / AAP

Ambulance Technician role based at Preston site, working with NHS and care providers to deliver emergency and urgent patient transport services. Responsibilities include driving UKEMS vehicles under varied conditions, performing dynamic risk assessments, completing patient report forms, safely transferring patients, communicating with patients and other emergency services, conducting vehicle and equipment checks, managing medical supplies and clinical waste, maintaining communications with the operations centre, and participating in comprehensive induction and ongoing training. Shifts include evenings, nights, weekends, and public holidays; role requires fitness and ability to work in all weather and potentially across large geographic areas.
