Job Summary
As an Emergency Liaison, you'll support communication between the emergency team and pet owners, guiding them through emergency care. Responsibilities include presenting treatment estimates, reviewing consent forms, updating charges, providing pet condition updates, coordinating consultations, managing communications, and assisting with discharge instructions. Ideal candidates are Licensed Veterinary Technicians or experienced Veterinary Assistants with strong communication skills, capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment, and demonstrating compassion and teamwork.
Required Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience as a Licensed Veterinary Technician (LVT) or Veterinary Assistant
