Job Summary
As an Emergency Dispatch Operator, you will monitor systems for alarm signals and respond to alarms. This position includes a five-week paid training program to prepare you for handling alarms and dispatching authorities. Strong problem-solving and organizational skills are essential, along with the ability to work efficiently under pressure. The role requires a minimum of six months of customer service experience, with call center experience preferred. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, and candidates who are bilingual in Spanish and English are encouraged to apply.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years old
- Minimum of six months of customer service experience
- One year or more call center experience preferred
- Able to type between 20 - 25 wpm
- Basic knowledge of computer applications
