Emergency Dept RN 7am to 7pm shift

Assess and document nursing care for assigned patients, conducting head-to-toe physical assessments at admission and performing rounds every two hours. Administer and record medications while evaluating patient response, and promptly notify physicians of any condition changes or abnormal test results. Coordinate patient management, supervise subordinates, and maintain equipment readiness by checking specialized devices at shift start. Maintain open communication with physicians, patients, and families while ensuring compliance with facility policies and departmental objectives.
