Emergency Dept. Nurse Residency - Mercy St. Louis (Saint Louis)

Utilize the nursing process to provide patient care in the Emergency Department while maintaining professional accountability for assigned patients. Evaluate the effectiveness of care provided by direct care givers and coordinate patient care in conjunction with other departments. Maintain patient rights and confidentiality of patient information consistent with Mercy Service Standards. Work full-time nights (7pm–7am) in three 12-hour shifts as part of a 16-week graduate nurse residency program starting September 2026.
