Emergency Dept. Nurse Residency - Mercy St. Louis

Utilize the nursing process to provide patient care in the Emergency Department while maintaining professional accountability for assigned patients. Evaluate the effectiveness of care provided by other direct care givers and coordinate patient care in conjunction with other departments. Maintain patient rights and confidentiality of patient information, ensuring all duties align with Mercy Service Standards. This 16-week full-time residency program runs nights from 7pm to 7am in a Level 1 Trauma Center featuring an adult ER with dedicated triage and 20+ treatment rooms. Start dates are scheduled for September 2026.
