Emergency Dept. Nurse Residency - Mercy St. Louis

Utilize the nursing process to provide patient care while maintaining professional accountability for assigned patients. Evaluate the overall effectiveness of care provided by other direct care givers and coordinate patient care in conjunction with other departments. Maintain patient rights and confidentiality of patient information while performing duties consistent with Mercy Service Standards. This 16-week full-time residency program includes three 12-hour night shifts from 7pm to 7am, with upcoming start dates in September 2026. You will gain high-acuity experience at our Level 1 Trauma Center, supported by a compassionate team dedicated to innovation and advanced care technologies.
