Emergency Dept. Nurse Residency - Mercy St. Louis

Utilize the nursing process to provide patient care while maintaining professional accountability for assigned patients. Evaluate the effectiveness of care provided by direct care givers and coordinate patient care in conjunction with other departments. Maintain patient rights and confidentiality of patient information consistent with Mercy Service Standards. This 16-week full-time residency program runs nights from 7pm–7am in three 12-hour shifts at Mercy St. Louis, a Level 1 Trauma Center. Candidates must hold a current RN license, BLS certification, and an accredited RN degree.
