Emergency Dept. Nurse Residency - Mercy St. Louis

Utilize the nursing process to provide patient care and maintain professional accountability for assigned patients in the Emergency Department. Coordinate patient care with other departments while evaluating the effectiveness of care provided by direct care givers. Uphold patient rights and confidentiality of patient information consistent with Mercy Service Standards. This 16-week full-time residency program runs nights from 7pm–7am in three 12-hour shifts at a Level 1 Trauma Center. Candidates must hold an accredited RN degree, a current RN license, and BLS certification.
